The DIMENSIONS COLLECTION explores the relationship between object, space, and perception. It begins with a simple principle: a single, solid form does not remain fixed when it is divided, displaced, and reassembled. Instead, it becomes multiple – not physically, but perceptually.

The collection is based on the transformation of a continuous volume into a system of elements. A solid mass is segmented into distinct parts, which are then repositioned to create compositions that shift depending on the viewer’s position.

Rather than presenting a single, stable reading, the objects resist a fixed interpretation. Their form is not defined by outline, but by the relationships between their parts.

As the viewer moves, the object reorganizes itself visually.
What appears compact from one angle becomes open from another.
What reads as a single mass begins to separate into layers.

This constant shift between unity and fragmentation defines the collection.

The objects do not impose a form.
They reveal it over time.

Each piece is entirely handmade from solid wood.

The process begins with a single block, treated as a unified volume. This volume is then carefully cut into multiple segments, preserving its original structure while introducing separation between its parts.

These elements are repositioned with precision, maintaining balance and structural integrity while allowing space to exist between them.

Solid wood defines the character of the objects, bringing weight, stability, and natural variation. Grain, texture, and imperfections are not concealed, but emphasized as part of the material’s identity.

The construction combines controlled cutting with manual assembly. Each piece retains traces of the process, making the act of division and reconfiguration visible within the final form.
